Jonathan McCoid
Jonathan, a Virginia Tech alumnus, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology, specializing in Operations Management. With over a decade of professional project management experience, he is an active member of the Door and Hardware Institute (DHI) and has served as the President of DFH Commercial since its inception in 2015.
Richard Harrington
Richard, a graduate of JWU with a Bachelor of Science degree, is an experienced project manager with a career spanning over two decades. He has demonstrated his ability to manage a wide range of projects, from small tenant fit-outs and SCIF spaces to data centers, end-user support, and large healthcare facilities. Richard has been the Vice President and Partner at DFH Commercial, Inc. since 2015. His extensive industry knowledge, exceptional project management abilities, and commitment to delivering high-quality results make him a valuable asset to any project team. Moreover, Richard is a specialist in all-encompassing project management and the end-to-end installation of division eight materials. He has built a robust client base and is dedicated to maintaining excellent working relationships with general contractors and field installers. Richard’s comprehensive involvement in a project, from start to finish, ensures its successful completion and contributes to his reputation as a reliable and trusted project manager.
Matthew Hartman
Matthew, a fellow Virginia Tech graduate, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management. With over 15 years of successful project management experience, he has managed a variety of projects, including retail, tenant fit-out, public schools, and healthcare facilities, with a strong focus on multifamily projects.
Evan Trexler
Evan Trexler, an Auburn University alumnus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, is a veteran project manager with over 15 years of experience. He has a proven track record of managing a diverse spectrum of projects, from small tenant fit-outs and SCIF spaces to data centers, end-user support, and expansive healthcare facilities. Evan has been the Vice President and Partner at DFH Commercial, Inc. since 2015. Additionally, Evan is an expert in comprehensive project management and the complete installation of division eight materials from start to finish.
