DFH Commercial, Inc. is comprised of a group of professional project managers that have 35+ years combined experience in the Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland markets.
Jonathan McCoid
Jonathan is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology with a concentration in Operations Management. He has served as a professional project manager for a large local distributor for 9 years and is an active member of the Door and Hardware Institute (DHI).
Richard Harrington
Richard, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. He has extensive experience successfully managing a wide range of projects from small retail stores to large multistory condominiums. Richard has been professionally project managing for nearly 10 years.
Matthew Hartman
Matthew is also a Virginia Tech graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management. He has been a successful project manager for over 9 years with projects including retail, tenant fit-out, public schools, and healthcare facilities.
Evan Trexler
Evan is a graduate of Auburn University in Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management. He is a highly skilled project manager, in the industry for over 9 years, and has successfully completed a wide range of projects from small tenant fit-outs, end user support, to large healthcare facilities.
